About Our Client
Our client is a globally known asset management firm and is one of the top 3 players in their field. Singapore is one of their major markets with many potential growth opportunities. It is a non-hierarchical organisation that empowers their people and encourages them to be autonomous. Their office is located in CBD area and is walking distance from an MRT station.
Reporting to Head of HR
- Acting as a strategic Business Partner to the senior leadership team providing advises on any HR related matters
- Partnering with the business on major restructure / re-organisation that is currently happening
- Analysing business issues, trends and proactively provide HR solutions
- A huge focus in talent acquisition and manpower planning as the business is looking at expanding
- Potential opportunity to work on global/regional HR Projects with the senior leadership team
The Successful Applicant
- Candidates with at least 8 years of working experience in the Human Resources field
- Great communication skills with the capability to influence senior stakeholders
- Candidates from financial services industry is a plus
