Reporting to Head of HR
Acting as a strategic Business Partner to the senior leadership team providing advises on any HR related matters
Partnering with the business on major restructure / re-organisation that is currently happening
Analysing business issues, trends and proactively provide HR solutions
A huge focus in talent acquisition and manpower planning as the business is looking at expanding
Potential opportunity to work on global/regional HR Projects with the senior leadership team
The Successful Applicant
Candidates with at least 8 years of working experience in the Human Resources field
Great communication skills with the capability to influence senior stakeholders
Candidates from financial services industry is a plus
