They are looking for an individual to join them in their growing team, here is your chance to be part of an exciting team geared towards both company and personal success. HR BUSINESS PARTNER :
  • Annual AOP headcount budgeting and costing, headcount consolidation for all entities.
  • Follow through all Manpower Requisition requests.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective, efficient and creative recruitment strategies.
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Recruit all levels of staff on contract, temporary and permanent basis, excluding management level.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to review manpower plans and requirements.
  • Manage job advertisement on company website and job portals.
  • Review CVs, pre-screen candidates, shortlist and arrange interviews for potential candidates.
  • Work out salary proposal and make job offer to selected candidates.
  • Conduct personality test, employment checks, reference checks as and when required.
  • Handle all work pass matters, including new application and renewal, in line with local legislations.
  • Handle all pre-boarding and on-boarding matters including staff orientation, compliance declaration etc.
  • Responsible for New Employee Assimilation Program including Buddy Program and Day 30 Review.
  • Liaise with schools/universities/government agencies on career fairs.
  • Liaise with recruitment vendors on recruitment needs; review recruitment vendors\xe2\x80\x99 performance and provide feedback.
  • Stakeholder management, provide counselling and coaching, support staff enquiries etc.
  • Develop, review and update related HR policies and employee handbook.
  • Participate in quality audits and documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and proper storage of staff information and records.
  • Global project management and provide global support to Entity HR.
  • Committee member of Workplace Safety & Health and fire warden responsibilities.
  • Support any assigned HR projects.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or similar disciplines.
  • At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 hands-on recruitment and manpower planning experience.
  • Resourceful and high degree of integrity.
  • Good in problem solving and ability to provide solutions on resource management matters.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Familiar with MOM\xe2\x80\x99s Employment Act and foreign labour guidelines.
  • Ability to interact effectively with different levels of employees and hiring managers.
  • Ability to multi-task under tight timelines and high adaptability to changes.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess good negotiation skills with external agencies such as advertising and employment agencies.
  • Experience in a HR generalist role will be advantageous.
