Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of HR support and services to the various functional heads.
  • Oversee daily HR operations and employee movement.
  • Manage people engagement and partnership within the HR function.
  • Develop systems, processes, procedures and business solutions to support HR operations and efficiency.
  • Manage annual, company-wide HR cycle for yearly budgeting and salary review exercises.
  • Execute HR initiatives in the areas of workforce planning, performance management and talent management.
  • Establish retention strategy to retain relevant competencies.
  • Oversee employees\xe2\x80\x99 relations and engagement matters.
  • Support the development of a corporate culture and identity and implementing the roll-out.
  • Keep up to date of market practices and explore feasible market initiatives and relevant schemes.
  • Constantly seek for continuous improvement according to updated HR practices and applicable HR solutions.
  • Lead in internal HR communications.

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor degree in Business or Human Resources or its equivalent.
  • 10-15 years of HR experience, with end-to-end responsibility from all aspects of HR.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational skills and an independent individual.
  • Excellent integrity, motivation and drive, with the ability to interact with employees of all levels.
  • Operationally hands-on with strong computer literacy skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
