The Company
Our client, a well-known global firm in the legal industry, is looking for a HR Business Partner to join the team.

The Role
You will be involved in headcount planning, partnering with leaders to understand the business and headcount needs, handle employee relation matters, identify employee development areas and opportunities, engage with learning & development specialists based on the needs, handle performance management, annual appraisals, conduct exit interviews, advise partners of best practices, and take part in ad-hoc projects assigned by the HR Manager.

Your Profile
You should possess a bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource/Business, and have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment. To succeed in this role, you will need to be a good team player, have good communication skills and good time management.
