Job Purpose

The HR Business Partner would work alongside the Head of People & Culture to provide support across the full spectrum of People & Culture deliverables and implementation of the People & Culture strategy. This highly visible role is based in our Regional Headquarters and will partner with the business leaders, employees, global teams, and regional COEs to drive and execute the People & Culture initiatives. What you do

You will:

  • Work with businesses to provide advice on day-to-day matters relating to one of our biggest assets - OUR PEOPLE!
  • Plan and drive employee engagement activities together with the managers
  • Continuously enhance employee experience, so every employee has a positive experience in each moment that matters
  • Work closely with the finance team on annual budgeting and accruals cycles
  • Drive Strategic Workforce Planning with the business and relevant People & Culture COEs team members
  • Work with hiring managers to identify skill gaps, build succession plans, and ensure upskilling measures are in place
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations while adhering to the global People & Culture standards
  • Support and execute operational activities such as reporting, on-boarding, off-boarding, processing of invoices, etc.
  • Oversight on maintenance of employee data across different systems and ensuring 100% accuracy
  • Get involved/ take the lead on strategic projects
  • Review ways of bringing efficiencies by automation of processes
What you bring
  • Bachelor\'s Degree holder in HR Management or related Educational Certificate, Masters Degree is preferred
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in HR, preferred in a MNC environment
  • Strong data sense, eye for detail, fast-paced, and great multi-tasking ability
  • Good problem solver with great communication and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as engage with various stakeholders, strong command over written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Customer-centric mindset and results-driven with a can-do attitude
  • Good understanding of local labor laws and HR principles
  • Prior experience using Success Factors in all modules is ideal
  • Good interpersonal skills, meticulous with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
