Full spectrum of Compensation & Benefit (Benchmarking of Salary Structure, Insurance renewal, insurance & medical claims with broker, payment matters, variable bonus, Annual Performance Appraisal and Merit Increment etc.)
Handle on- hand payroll responsibilities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll (EPE, WorkDay System, Central Provident Fund (CPF)
Administer and handle payroll tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate payroll deductions and filings
Handles administration of leave matters, medical and staff claims etc.
Handles work passes related issues such as renewal, cancellation via EPOL
Manage benefits administration and resolve payroll related queries from employees
