Job Description

The role requires the incumbent to manage comprehensive HR functions for the Singapore office, ensuring legal compliance, and extending support across APAC. The candidate will be pivotal in leading talent acquisition, fostering employee relations, and facilitating training and development to align with the company\'s strategic goals.Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of HR operations in Singapore, from recruitment and onboarding to managing employee relations and overseeing performance management processes.
• Work in tandem with HR teams across the APAC region, ensuring uniformity in HR policies and practices, and offering advice on regional employment laws.
• Strategically lead recruitment processes for critical roles within the region, optimizing collaboration with department heads to pinpoint recruitment needs and ensuring effective onboarding for new hires.
• Serve as the primary contact for resolving employee relations issues, striving for timely and equitable solutions while nurturing a positive work environment and high levels of employee engagement.
• Identify and assess training requirements, partnering with Learning and Development (L&D) to craft and execute pertinent training programs and supporting career progression opportunities for staff.

• Qualifications: A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an HR Managerial role, ideally within a multinational environment.
• Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Singaporean labor laws, along with a good grasp of HR practices across the APAC region.
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to manage sensitive matters discreetly.
