Job Description


Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for technology? Our client, a leading organization in the Financial services, is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join their team to support the Technology Business unit. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with functional leadership and drive key HR initiatives across the Technology function.Key Responsibilities:Relationship Building:

  • Develop strong relationships with functional leadership, department heads, managers, and key stakeholders within the Technology team.
  • HR Strategy Implementation: Create and execute an annual HR calendar for the Technology function, covering key events, communication plans, engagement activities, and training programs.
Recruitment and Engagement:
  • Oversee all aspects of recruitment, employee engagement, and wellbeing initiatives. Monitor and manage attrition rates.
  • HR Process Management: Ensure timely implementation of HR processes, including people reviews, talent planning, performance management, calibrations, reward planning, and workforce planning.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
  • Manage all employee lifecycle processes, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding. Maintain accurate documentation and records.
Employee Relations:
  • Independently handle employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks and company policies.
Project Management:
  • Design and implement functional HR projects and priorities, supporting organizational design and structural changes.
  • Talent Development: Facilitate growth and development initiatives to retain key talent. Support secondments, projects, and transfers.
Manager Development:
  • Partner with people managers to enhance their skills in objective setting, reward management, and feedback.
System Utilization:
  • Promote the use of employee and manager self-service systems for efficient HR management.
Requirements:
  • A degree in HR or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8-9 years of experience in HR business partnering.
  • Experience in a functional HR role across different geographical locations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach.
