• Actively contribute to business strategy, delivery, and decisions, ensuring that HR issues and consequences are considered at the earliest possible point in decision-making.
• Coach and advise business leaders in shaping the leadership skills and competencies required for the business.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, facilitating open communication and collaboration to drive HR initiatives that meet both employee and business needs.

Employee Relations

• Provide advice and consultancy to line managers on people management topics, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
• Focus on employee retention by listening to feedback and proposing effective retention strategies for the business.

Talent Management

• Workforce planning, including talent management and succession planning, while maintaining an account of employee skills.
• Actively involved in recruitment activities, selecting and interviewing candidates to find the right fit for the roles.

Change Management

• Support organizational change initiatives by implementing effective HR solutions and fostering team cohesion

Ideal Candidate Prerequisites:The ideal candidate will be a proactive and assertive HR professional, dedicated to driving results and fostering a collaborative environment. You should possess a strong customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to build meaningful relationships and influence stakeholders effectively. Additionally, ideal candidates should have a solid understanding of local and regional labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.

• Experience: At least 8-12 years of relevant HR experience, demonstrating a solid track record in strategic HR roles.
• Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Skills:

• Hands-on approach to problem-solving and project execution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate complex situations with confidence and clarity.
