DESIGNATION : HRBP Support Executive, Food Services

RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will provide support and tactical advisory to employees with regard to HR matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of HR services and solutions to the food services team within FairPrice Group. Key Responsibilities

• Work with HRBP and support them in the delivery of HR services, advisory and initiatives.
• Work closely with line managers to improve the work environment, relationships and productivity.
• Work with HRBP to provide performance management guidance, coaching, and advisory to line managers to ensure an engaged workforce.
• Work with the talent acquisition in the recruitment of frontliners.
• Participate in projects in the HR transformation journey, where required.

• 3 years of experience in HR.
• Working knowledge of employment law and other foreign labour requirements, where appropriate
• Good communication skills
• Good influencing and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Is a self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment against tight timelines with a team mindset.
