Responsibilities: Responsible in leading and supporting with HR tools, systems, policies, and process changes that are in compliance with regulatory and employment standards and aligned to business needs Responsible in creating and preparing dashboards, reports, analysis for budgeting, labour cost analysis, People movement and attrition etc. Identify key risk factors from the analysis and provide resolution Responsible in handling the salaries & benefits budget preparation, tracking and analysis, performing off-cycle salary review and propose salary packages for new hires Responsible in handling of off-boarding process for hourly and salaried employees and provide feedback to Senior/Manager of HR and departmental management regarding trends revealed in exit interviews Responsible in assisting company performance review and calibration, include people development plan Responsible in reviewing, recommending and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes Responsible in leading and/or participating in global/AP HR related projects and initiatives Any other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Min in Human Resource Management or any relevant field Min 6 years experience as an HR Business Partner in the manufacturing industry Prior experience in SAP is a bonus Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or email an updated copy of your resume/cv.
