Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Management, or related course
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Has excellent oral and written communication skills
With at least one (1) year work experience in related field
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment, Selection and Placement:
Assists in sourcing for potential candidates from manpower databank, school placements and other sources.
Assists in developing linkage with the academe and other professional institutions to ensure the constant supply of manpower pool.
Monitors expiration of project-based employees.
Maintains employees 201 file.
Employee Movement:
Ensures timely monitoring of contract and expirations and issues to all concerned department heads the employee's appraisal forms.
Prepares Certificate of Employment.
Prepares End of Contract Notice for Project-based employee.
Wage & Salary Administration:
Prepare and checks the time card (lates, leaves, absences and overtime) every monthly payroll of all direct hired and project-based employees of the organization.
Monitors employee attendance.
Prepares tardiness, leaves and overtime report for distribution to management.
Benefits Administration:
Records vacation leave and sick leave availed of staff.
Processes of all government-mandated benefits (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, etc.) and withholding taxes.
Prepares of related reports and requests for payment for contribution and payments of loans to government agencies (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, etc) and withholding tax to BIR.
Handles inquiries from employees related to benefits such as Philhealth benefits, SSS loans and Pag-ibig, etc.
Ensures timely preparation and accuracy of the regular and required report to SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig.
