The Human Resource Coordinator intern will be part of the recruitment team to support the day to day recruitment operations.
Salary: S$9 to S$10 per hour
Work Location: Orchard Ngee Ann City
Work hours: 8.30am to 6.00 (Mondays to Fridays)
Duties & Requirements::
- Ensure a smooth process of the entire recruitment cycle from the point of receiving the job applicant resume to the point of staffing out the applicant for a job successfully.
- To provide recruitment support for temporary and contract positions
- Liaise with internal and external colleagues regarding the available job openings and job status
- Screen resumes from job applications, interview and job match applicants base on suitability.
- Arrange and coordinate interview schedule and close follow up after job applicant interview.
- Assist in payroll during month end when necessary
- Handle employee enquiries regarding claims, leave balance, benefits etc.
- HR Administrative duties including data entry, filing, conducting reference check when necessary.
- Microsoft Words and Excel Data entry
- Able to commit for at least 3 months to 6 months or longer
- At least a GCE \'A\' Level / Diploma / Degree holder
Job exposure to full cycle of recruitment work for various positions across different industries.
