This is an Internal/In-house, full-time/permanent position with Adecco.

Working Location: Central Area, Orchard

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)

Commitment Period: min. 3 months



Support our clients partners on the below tasks:

  • Updates Account Receivables with client / finance
  • Call 10 associates per week
  • Prepare Offboard form , send offboard email
  • Send Renewal email
  • Send Contract expiry email
  • Raise Service Requests through IT system
  • Create Credit note and several HR admin requests in Adecco\'s client and associate management database
  • Client\'s report - headcount report / invoice report
  • Draft hiring proposals
  • Create Ad-hoc projects
