This is an Internal/In-house, full-time/permanent position with Adecco.
Working Location: Central Area, Orchard
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)
Commitment Period: min. 3 months
Support our clients partners on the below tasks:
- Updates Account Receivables with client / finance
- Call 10 associates per week
- Prepare Offboard form , send offboard email
- Send Renewal email
- Send Contract expiry email
- Raise Service Requests through IT system
- Create Credit note and several HR admin requests in Adecco\'s client and associate management database
- Client\'s report - headcount report / invoice report
- Draft hiring proposals
- Create Ad-hoc projects
