The Opportunity

• Adecco is supporting the multinational company to hire a HR Ops Support (Recruitment)
• Opportunity to work in a MNC environment in the Semiconductor industry
• Exciting and dynamic environment

Job Scope

• Scheduling interviews (face-to-face, TEAMS call, telepresence etc.). Ability to manage complex panel interviews and worldwide time zone difference
• Offer letter generation, medical check, onboarding, new hire orientation
• Work with immigration vendor on work pass initiation, immigration docs endorsement, jobs bank job posting
• Create new hires pfiles and ensure all required documents are collected ASAP
• Update new hire bio-data into local spreadsheet and Workday
• Filing and any other admin and Staffing support required

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in HRM or Business related courses
• Candidates without any relevant experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided!
• Able to work in a fast-paced and team oriented environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
