Ability to manage complex panel interviews and worldwide time zone difference Offer letter generation, medical check, onboarding, new hire orientation Work with immigration vendor on work pass initiation, immigration docs endorsement, jobs bank job posting Create new hires pfiles and ensure all required documents are collected ASAP Update new hire bio-data into local spreadsheet and Workday Filing and any other admin and Staffing support required Requirements Diploma/Bachelor's degree in HRM or Business related courses Candidates without any relevant experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided!
