Job Description

Works closely with the Recruitment Managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment development plans. Establishes and builds relationships with internal stakeholders, external recruiters, advisors and candidates. Support all aspects of the recruitment life-cycle - process candidate materials, schedule interviews, internal and external correspondence, collect feedback, assist with offer process, and visa processing if required.

Experience:

1+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or customer service role.

Proactive Attitude:

A self-starter who can take initiative and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. *

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and suppliers.
