Perform Recruitment, On-Boarding & Off-Boarding Process.
Manage and process Monthly Payroll.
Issuance of HR Documentations (Letter of Appointment, Increment of Salary etc.)
Apply/Renew/Cancel of Work Pass for Foreign Employees (WP, SP and EP)
Updating, Monitoring & Maintaining of Attendance & Leaves in HRM System
Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of courses, updating & maintaining training records.
Administration:
Handle phone calls, emails & walk-ins
Purchase of Office Stationery & handling of Office Maintenance Matters.
Provide administrative support such as issuance & scanning of documents.
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Accounts:
Record journal entries based on bank statements.
Prepare payment vouchers.
Liaise with accountants and auditors.
Prepare monthly financial reports, sales reports, and leave reports as required.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess minimum of Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Meticulous with excellent organizational skills.
