Administration (40%)
Act as back up to Customer Service Officer to handle incoming calls when required
Attend to visitors/deliveries/couriers for the office
Handling of daily mails, eg. franking mails and posting mails for the company, opening of letterbox, receiving mails, distributing mails to the correct department, and arranging for courier service.
Liaise with building/office vendors on office maintenance and contracts including landscaping services, water dispenser servicing, repair works when required.
Keep and maintenance inventory of office assets & supplies eg. telephone sets, stationeries, pantry supplies.
Any other HR related duties and administrative related duties as assigned by reporting manager/supervisor
HR (60%)
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process of positions of all levels.
Assist with updating organization chart and telephone list
Assist with coordination of training activities and update staff training hours
Time Attendance (update Unpaid, MC, Lateness, leave application)
LTA / HDB Summons (Furnish driver details)
Prepare OT & Staff Overtime Extension
Manage application, renewal & cancellation and related works of work pass for foreign workers.
Monitor, update of relevant course for workers
Manage and arrange insurance bond for new joining workers.
Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date workers\' records for monthly manpower reporting and analysis.
Assist in preparing HR statistical reports, MOM surveys etc
