We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Cum Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations.
Main responsibilities include:
Recruitment (Actively create job postings, refresh expired postings, scheduling interviews, make job offers, and issue employment letters).
Upkeep of office facilities, utilities, furniture & fittings, office supplies, uniforms & safety apparels, scheduling maintenance services
Office Reception & Hospitality, Courier/mail services.
Administer corporate mobile plans and scheduling network printer servicing.
May participate as a member of the ISO Safety Committee in the role of Safety Officer; assist in implementing and monitoring workplace safety protocols.
Other HR and Admin functions and tasks may be assigned.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in office administration, recruitment, travel coordination, or facilities management.
Certificate in Human Resource or Office Admin Operations.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Open to part-time work while studying
* Minimum 3 full days per week.
