Our client is an A2 main-contractor looking for HR cum Admin Assistant to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities:
Manage application, renewal & cancellation and related works of work pass for foreign workers.
Monitor, update of CSOC course for workers.
Enroll courses for workers as directed by Project Director / Project Manager / Site Superior.
Tabulate workers monthly wages.
Monitor and constantly update workers annual leave, medical leave and expenses on quarterly basis.
Manage and arrange insurance bond for new joining workers.
Prepare man-year application and record of man-year allocations.
Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date workers\' records for monthly manpower reporting and analysis.
Assist in preparing HR statistical reports, MOM surveys etc.
Support in the day-to-day HR duties in compliance with MOM requirements.
Other ad-hoc HR duties and initiatives assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years experience
Preferably experienced in construction industry
With basic computer skills needed for adminstration duties
Able to multi-task when required
Working scedule: 5 days work, Monday to Friday (8.30am-5.30pm)
