Our Client is a Japanese Trading Company specialized in Chemical and Plastic products. This role of a HR cum Admin Executive (1 Year Contract) is to be responsible for part of HR & Administrative duties.
【 What you will be doing 】
Assist in Recruitment: arranging interviews, preparing employment contract and liaising with recruitment agencies
Process monthly payroll
Compensation, Benefits & Staff Welfare
Manage Personal Income Tax
Process work pass application, renewal, cancellation and related matters
Travel arrangement and Visa applications in Singapore and Overseas for staffs and guests
In-charge of office supplies or pantry supplies
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
Requirement

Possess Bachelor Degree/Diploma in any field
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in HR/Payroll
Good understanding of local employment laws and HR practices
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Working Hour
9:00 ~ 17:20
