We are partnering a renowned manufacturing company with global presence to recruit for a HR Shared Services Specialist (1 year contract, renewable) to join their high performing team. It's a fast paced, fun, and ambitious team who celebrate success and believe in delivering an exceptional service.



Reporting to the Head of Shared Services, you will be a key player in the delivery of all transactional HR services such as maintaining and updating the HR database and HR systems for accurate employee records, being the first line support for employee relations, support on payroll process, work pass administration etc. You will be delivering an effective and efficient HR service to all business units, managers and employees achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and the highest quality in client delivery to consistently meet and exceed KPIs.

The Successful Applicant

You should be degree qualified and have a minimum of 3 years experience in a HR Operations / HR Shared Services environment. Strong foundation of HR practices, legislations and trends is highly advantageous. You are an effective communicator.
