About the Roles

We are currently seeking an HR cum Admin Executive to join our team in the food packaging manufacturing industry. This is a permanent role based at Depot Road with a

5-day work week

(Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 6 pm). The position offers a competitive salary range of

$2,800 - $3,400

per month, along with performance-based bonuses.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including documentation for offers, contracts, onboarding, probation confirmations, transfers, and offboarding. Support the implementation of policies, SOPs, and process improvements while tracking training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities. Oversee the coordination of office purchases, vendor management, and procurement for items such as pantry supplies, equipment, maintenance services, travel, and insurance. Handle the processing of purchase orders, invoices, and expense claims; work closely with the Finance team to ensure timely payment and reconciliation.

What We're Looking For

A

Diploma

or equivalent qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in administrative and coordination roles; prior exposure to HR operations will be an advantage. Strong organizational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail. The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
