Draft job descriptions and post job ads on various job portals
Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates\' suitability for the role
Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews with the hiring manager
Assist in preparing employment contracts for successful candidates
For Permit Application:
Monitor and renew work permits for foreign workers
Liaise with relevant government agencies to obtain necessary permits and licenses
Ensure compliance with regulations regarding work permits and visas
Keep up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and policies
For Staff Onboarding:
Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and ensure new hires complete all necessary paperwork
Facilitate the process of setting up new hires in the HR system and payroll system
Provide support to new hires as they adjust to their new roles and the organization
Update HR policies and procedures manuals as necessary
For General Office Administrative Work:
Answer and screen incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
Assist in planning and coordinating company events and functions
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
Maintain and update employee records in the HR system
Job Requirement:
Diploma/Degree in Business/HR/related studies OR with good experience in this role
Preferably candidate with HR administrative experience
