Job Description


JOB RESPONSIBILITES

  • Responsible for whole recruitment process from sourcing to interview arrangement
  • To maintain HR personnel related documentations including staffing, recruitment
  • Handle sourcing of candidates
  • Responsible for E-portal jobs
  • Scheduling of interviews
  • Update candidate the interview outcome and recruitment process.
  • Orientation for new employees & policies procedure.
  • Knowledge in Work Pass application.
  • Assist in managing HR systems and payroll activities
  • Provide weekly report on hiring status and updated manpower updates
  • Provide administration support as assigned by Office Manager on a day to day basis.
  • Data Entry and other administrative duties
  • Compile interview feedbacks
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or diploma in HR
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Good Analytic skills
  • Proficient in MS. Excel, MS Words, Powerpoint
  • Good Knowledge of Employment Act will be an advantage
  • Positive attitude
  • Proactive, resourceful
  • Able to start ASAP/Immediately ***
