Further work with Line Management to ensure that the KPIs are met and exceeded - Manage full spectrum of HR functions including Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection, maintaining all company HR forms and policies. - Provide support in recruitment which includes placement of advertisement, screening, selection, orientation, on-boarding and off-boarding matters. - Plan, review and execute all HR operational strategies to ensure in line with company's needs and directions. - Constantly reviewing all HR policies are updated and comply to MOM Act - Apply, renew and terminate foreign work passes. - Handle staff confirmation, annual appraisal, performance bonus and increment matters. - Maintain and update all employees' records and personal files. - Ensure that all documents of HR and Admin are filed in respective files - Oversee the payroll process ensuring accuracy on monthly payroll processing, computation of overtime, allowances and claims of staffs and workers Admin Functions (30%) - Handle and Follow up Customer Payment and Outstanding Debt - Issues Invoice and Credit Note Daily Customer Service (10%) - Handle customer feedbacks and warranty claims, ensuring prompt actions on enquiries/feedbacks - Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management We are looking for a candidate who is - People-oriented and a good team-player. - HR Generalist preferably with solid knowledge in MOM Act or a certified IHRP with at least 3 years of HR experience.
