Responsible for work passes application/renewal/cancellation/appeals . Support training and other governmental grants as well as coordinate all training courses and programs for staff . Maintain safe management measures for office and arrange accommodation for foreign workers . To support in development and implementation of HR polices, plans, processes, programs, and projects . To drive employee's engagement activities and not limited to company event and teambuilding activities . Document preparation of ISO audit and other business certification renewal . Assist in building maintenance and facilities management . Perform any other and ad hoc work duties as assigned from time to time. Requirements .Diploma in Human Resource Management, Administration, Finance/Accountancy. . Self-motivated, independent, well-organized with attention to detail and able to work under tight schedule to meet deadlines . A good team player with strong management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills . Preferably working experience in Human Resources or equivalent
