Job Description

Responsibilities: . Full spec. HR roles incl. recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits . Maintain HR database and Manpower Project allocation . Perform work pass application / renewal / cancel Responsibilities: . Full spec. HR roles incl. recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits . Maintain HR database and Manpower Project allocation . Perform work pass application / renewal / cancellation . Monitoring & renew company certificate (BCA/ Slots/ Bizsafe) . Manage company insurance cum claim (WICA / FWMI / Machinery & Equipment / Vehicles) . IR8A / IR21 submission . Liaise with MOM on HR matters, such as HR statistical reports, surveys . Monitor, update of CSOC & Core Trade course for workers . Manage worker dormitory matter . Project site BCA submission & SIC arrangement . Updating and maintain purchase and machinery rental record . Assist in application of funding / grant and Man-year. . Support in the day-to-day HR duties . Arrangement for company events . Other ad-hoc administrative duties and initiatives as assigned. Requirement: . At least 2 years experience in Construction sector . Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period .
