Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Undertake office admin duties such as handle administrative paperwork, filing of documents
  • Monitor staff\xe2\x80\x99s attendance
  • Payroll computation and administrative
  • Ensure monthly payroll, CPF, related contributions and tax filings are submitted on time.
  • Assist in permit apply (WP/SP/EP)
  • Strong understanding of Singapore MOM, ICA, IRAS, CPF and other relevant authorities\xe2\x80\x99 regulations, procedures and policies
  • Provide overall general administration support to management.
  • Oversee all administrative tasks in the office compliance with Company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures.
Job Requirement:
  • At least Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource or Business Admin related
  • With at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Pro-active, meticulous and able to multi-task
  • Possess good administrative skills and proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Words, Excel and PowerPoint).
