Overview As an HR cum Admin personnel, you will be supporting the HR/Admin Department in the daily operation activities. Responsibilities
Administrative duties such as attending to phone calls, visitors, courier services, mail processing, distribution of mails.
Process General and HR/Admin correspondences as well as addressing General enquiries.
Administer some HRMS programs like E-leave, E-attendances and generate reports.
Prepare & Maintain Workmen Employee files (P-File) preparing confirmation letters and monitoring contract expiry for renewals for workers.
Assist in work passes, medical checkup and on-boarding matters.
Assist in overtime & allowance computation etc.
Assist in coordinating company events to facilitate smooth event execution.
Coordinate and administer internal and external training programs, including logistical support.
Assist in organizing and coordinating new hires orientation programs.
Manage foreign worker dormitory records and update in MOM system (OFWAS)
Administer and arrange the mandatory core skills training program required by BCA (CSOC, coretrade), ensure the yearly BCA Coretrade renewal is in place and training requirements are met.
Ensure timeliness and completeness of data entries.
Assist in performing some necessary submission such as training grants, licensing application, and so on as per Government\xe2\x80\x99s policies and standards.
Process Appraisal for Workers (Yearly / Twice a Year)
Arranging for transport to arrange for workers to attend courses, medical appointments, etc.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management and the designated manager.
Qualifications
Minimum "O" Level / "A" Level / ITE or equivalent
Knowledge of using Info-tech software is an advantage
2-3 years working experience in a similar capacity
Available immediately or within short notice

Fluent spoken and written English

Sound knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws, Employment Act, Statutory Programs, and MOM Work Pass/Employment Pass procedures.
