- Report to AFM & Executive of Finance and HR
- Process timesheets and progress claims within deadlines
- Coordinate and liaise with different sites teams, clients, HQ to ensure accuracy in timesheets and ensure the submission is on time
- Support in monthly claims and invoices
- Handle calculation of stand-in, freelance, and Staff claim amounts for all staff (including subcontractors)
- Assist in the preparation and calculation of monthly payroll (for subcontractors)
- Assist in inquiries by subcontractor/staff on any and all payment discrepancies
- Support in the calculation of subcontractors/vendors\' payments in a timely manner
- Support in Cheque Preparations
- Manage on-time payment for bank loans/facilities & hire purchase
- Process and handle petty cash claim
- Respond promptly to all inquiries from various stakeholders
- Any other ad hoc duties given by Management or supervisors
Requirements:
- Diploma, Degree, or professional qualification in all fields
- Min. 2 years of related Accounting/HR experience, preferably with experience in timesheets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Team-oriented and able to work well with both colleagues and clients
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate well and comfortable in dealing with conflicts
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Possess good working attitude and responsibility
- Be responsible and honest when dealing with accounts and finances
- Able to be a team player
