Together with the project team, analyze and optimize HR data to improve data quality and ensure accuracy across various modules in the HR system.
Develop and implement data standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and integrity across all HR data
Work closely with HR functional stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements, address data related challenges and support HR processes
Work with IT team to troubleshoot and resolve data issues, ensuring seamless integration and operation of HR platforms.
Identify opportunities to improve data related processes and workflows, ensuring that data management practices evolve with business needs

up to $6500, with 1 month prorated bonus
Requirements
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Analytics or HR data governance and documentation management
Strong understanding in HR data structures, processes and compliance requirements
Experience in data optimization and new HR system roll out projects is a plus
Experience in Oracle EBS, Workday, SAP and other HR platforms is a plus
Proficient with MS Excel, data manipulation and validation techniques
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
