- Work closely with process owners, business stakeholders in HR digitalization and transformation across healthcare institutions
- Involve in full project lifecycle, from implementation to post Go-live support
- Participate actively in working groups, collaborating with project members in the HRIS implementation project
- Involve in data migration activities from SAP on-premise to SuccessFactors
- Develop reports, perform complex data manipulation and aggregation of data from multiple HR data sources
- Build automated solutions that improve efficiency and productivity while reducing defects
- Partner with IT and other cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless automation
- Explore and drive adoption of RPA across the HR department
- Play the role of a Change Agent to streamline and optimize HR processes through the use of technology.
- Perform post-implementation support including troubleshooting, system re-configuration and adjustments as and when required.
- Act as point person for upgrades/releases, fixes, testing and other projects as assigned.
- Provide ongoing support for daily user issues.
- Degree in Business Analytics or a related discipline.
- Some working experience in the area of HRIS and/or applying analytical methods to business problems will be good
- Ability to analyse business process requirements, understand HR domain knowledge and translate into HRIS system requirements
