In this role, you would perform various HR tasks, following standard processes and procedures, and suggest improvements to these processes. You would also have the chance to play a vital role in HR delivery projects and vendor management. If you are analytical, with a keen eye for problem solving and process improvement, then this might just be the distinct opportunity you\'ve been seeking.What you will do:- Provide expert advice on the interpretation of local legislation, processes, and policies.
- Ensure adherence to legislation, processes, and policies i.e. Local immigration, Taxation, payroll etc.
- Implement HR processes and policies efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare SOX controls and manage the invoicing process.
- Create administrative procedures and develop work instructions for HR processes.
- Responsible to deliver both tactical and operational support to the business, meticulously coordinating the planning and execution of impactful People initiatives.
- Employ People processes, tools and solutions and deliver People programs and practices within an organizational unit or site, based on local business needs in close collaboration with line management.The skills you bring:- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 8 years of proven experience in an HR Delivery specialist or equivalent role
- Exposure in the field of Business partnership will be an added qualification
