Job Scope:

Design materials (infographics, animation) for learning interventions of LEARN and programmes
Sense-making and validate transcription quality for research
Managing research platform for better navigation to scale up our reach of readers
Facilitate coordination work where necessary

Requirements:

Good analytical, writing and verbal communication skills.
Have some knowledge of Human Resource topics.
Have a keen interest in research and learning and development.
Creative and have experience in creating content e.g. infographics, e-learning
Have experience with creating and editing website, videos, animations etc.
* Candidates are to provide samples of creations that they had developed previously, if any, as part of their portfolio.
