Our client is a well established Singapore headquartered company which has been delivering strong results and continues to expand internationally. To support its growth and transformation agenda, there is now a rare opportunity for a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to join them in augmenting the Group\'s HR capabilities.

Responsibilities

This is an exciting role reporting into the CHRO where you will be providing strategic and tactical HR solutions at the group level as well as to support business units where needed. You will develop and deliver HR solutions engaging with top leaders across businesses, to establish the group as an employer of choice. This includes developing an employee value proposition consistent with the group\'s mission, vision, values and behaviours; and adopting best practices across talent attraction and retention, talent management and development, leadership development, and employee engagement.

Requirements

You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in HR Business Partnering and a focus on Talent Management, gained in large complex organisations operating in unionised industries. You have deep knowledge of the Singapore talent market and labour regulations and ideally exposure to international operations. You have strong experience in driving workforce transformation initiatives in companies with both professional and skilled workers, including exposure to industrial relations. You have a genuine interest in people, humility, as well as strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
