As our Group HR Director, you will develop and manage the overall provision of the HR management systems within the Group including:
Develop new HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance to all Employment Acts and Laws for our Singapore and Regional Offices
Liaise and work with employment agencies to look after our overseas employees, namely in Asia Pacific and Europe, Middle East and Africa
Manage the full spectrum of the recruitment cycle from talent sourcing to negotiation of offers and onboarding
Develop sourcing and selection strategies to ensure a pipeline of talent to fulfil the Group\xe2\x80\x99s manpower needs
Develop and implement HR strategies in the areas of talent retention
Provide day-to-day HR operational tasks including managing resignation procedures; managing leave and claims; performance review system; payroll matters; and renewal of annual staff and office insurance.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration
Minimum 15 years of hands-on operational HR experience and demonstrated knowledge
Candidates applying should possess an IHRP Certification or equivalent
Cultural knowledge to work in an environment with Chinese and US teams, and comfort in working independently
Approachable to all levels of employees
Fluent in conversational Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking personnel.
