Lead and develop global HR strategies aligned with business goals
Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement
Partner with senior leadership to support organizational growth and change management
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international HR best practices
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across regions
Support leadership development and succession planning globally
Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in the IT or tech industry
Proven experience working in a global or multi-national environment
Strong understanding of international labor laws and HR practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
