Job Description

• Working hours :Mon to Friday : 8.30am to 5.30pm

(1 day wfh upon confirmation, by rotation) * Willing travel to CBD area.

• Nearest MRT : Shenton Way /Raffles /Downtown/Tanjong Pagar

Job scope * Handle outsourced payroll and event payroll in timely manner.

• Work pass application.
• Issue employment contract
• Attend client meetings occasionally
• Assist hr in coordinating events and trainings.
• Coordinate with external vendors for events supplies (e.g. awards, company t-shirt and etc)
• Assist in generating invoices.
• Any ad-hoc duty assign.

Requirements * Willing to take CEI certification (Sponsored by company)

• Minimum Diploma or Nitec in any discipline.
