- Accountable for sourcing, conducting interviews and assess job applicants in accordance to clients\' needs and requirements
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Managing job offer process and negotiating salary package
- Deliver positive candidate experience and act as career advisor to candidates
- Other administrative duties
- Training provided
- Posses CEI cert is an advantage
