About the job

We want to fill this position with a strong contributor to the HR Services Function, working closely with the Centre of Expertise functions (COEs) and HR Business Partner team to ensure that HR strategies are translated into action in the most effective and efficient way leading to operational excellence.

Your assignment

In ensuring a consistent approach across Ikano Retail, you are required to develop policies, framework, guidelines based on the overarching people strategy. To ensure service delivery that are efficient and effective, you will lead in the establishing of related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and lend support on the annual engagement & various people cycle activities.

You are to further recommend on market best practices regarding HR employment and employees\xe2\x80\x99 life cycle, keeping in mind continuous improvement, effective solutions that are sustainable in the way forward. To support process improvement, you will work closely with the HRIS team in proposing digitalize/digitize solutions that supports the overall business direction.

Qualifications

Your profile

  • You have at least 6 years of regional Human Resource experience with in-depth knowledge of people cycle activities and employment matters.
  • You are proficient in HR relates processes and employment life cycle.
  • You have a strong desire for continuous improvement and enjoy working in an ever-changing, vibrant and multi-dimensional environment.
  • You have excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skill - someone who is ever ready to engage, listen and the ability to influence.
  • You are innovative and willing to challenge common ways of thinking while applying relevant HR solutions to business needs.
