Job Description

- Position Title: HR Executive/ HR Generalist
- Working Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Bendemeer)
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 am - 6.30 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR and Administration functions.
- Handle end to end recruitment process inclusive of on-boarding and off-boarding
- Process monthly payroll and submission of CPF contributions, IRA8, IR21 and statutory leave claims of employees
- Develop and implement HR policies
- Update and maintain personnel records of employees
- Application, renewal and issuance of work passes of employees
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- At least 2 years of related working experience in the beauty-related industry
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
