Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in HRM or equivalent
Experienced in payroll process (including off-cycle, income tax filing), government surveys, insurance management, medical claims process.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for full spectrum of monthly payroll processing including but not limited to tax withholding, yearly income tax returns (including IR21), salary reviews, bonuses payment, CPF submission, etc.
Responsible for timely execution and completion of payroll cycles (including off-cycle)
Ensure prompted system updates in accordance with statutory legislation changes (e.g. CPF changes, statutory contribution, IRAS)
Liaise with Finance on monthly accrual and payroll reports
Participate in salary and benefits benchmarking exercises, payroll-related initiatives, compensation & benefits surveys (including Government/MOM).
Ensure timely and accurate government claims submission (e.g. NS pay, childcare, maternity, etc), staff medical claims (e.g. specialist, health screening, WICA, etc)
Proper filing and documentation of all relevant documents (payroll advice reports and correspondences) pertaining to Compensation & Benefits related activities
Manage employee welfare benefits, leave matters, insurance, reports and any inquiries
Point of contact with external auditors on compensation and benefits matters
Liaising with insurers with regards to enrolment and termination of members
Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
