Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing & Production (Metal Fabrication)
- Position Title: HR Executive/HR Officer
- Working Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30 am-6.15 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $3600 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- To handle Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, and Training & Development schedules for operation staff.
- Perform HR software Management maintenance.
- Employee First Day Orientation Program.
- Issuing of laptop to Employee and return upon resignation of staff.
- Employee Lifecycle & Promotion.
- Employee Relations & Problem-solving between employee conflict.
- Upkeep HR Policies.
- To provide HR support to overseas subsidiaries.
- Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned.
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or Equivalent.
- At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Infortech HR software
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and best practices
