Responsibilities:

• Full spectrum of HR functions which include recruitment & selection, performance appraisal and employee training and development
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and state policies
• Review, maintain and update HR policies
• Prepare HR reports and surveys relating to headcount, staff movement and manpower cost
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in HR Generalist preferably in Construction/Building industry
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and other employment related legislation and regulations
• Good interpersonal skills with initiative and teamwork
• Able to multi-task and work independently in fast paced environment
