Global Trading firm
Responsible for onboarding new hires, including document processing, benefits set up, and ensuring a smooth transition
- Processing monthly payroll in Singapore, China, Indonesia and Hong Kong
- Assisting employees with visa needs and filings
- Collaborate with the Administrative team in organizing social and team building events
- Supporting the global HR department in addressing employee questions and providing day-to-day HR assistance
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR, Payroll and Onboarding
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (Chinese) are ESSENTIAL
- Experience supporting employees in multi-national locations including China and Singapore
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and HRIS technology
- Attention to detail and strong organization
- Self-starter and creative problem solver
