Job Description

Main Responsibilities?

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions such as Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Training & Development, HR Administration & Payroll, etc.
  • Apply and renewal work pass and all the related duties in HR department.
  • Other adhoc admin duties as may be assigned
Key Requirements
  • ?Possess a degree or diploma in human resources or related field
  • Prior experience in HR Generalist role, preferably in the construction sector in the recent 2 years
  • Good exposure to various aspects of the HR function?
  • Strong knowledge in work pass application and foreign workers management?
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Organized, meticulous & detail oriented
  • Applicant must have working knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and practices.
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $2,600.00 - $4,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Education:
  • Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Payroll: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Human resources: 2 years (Preferred)
