Job Description

• Basic salary: $2500 - $3500
• Mon to Fri
• 8:30am to 6pm
• Location: Woodlands, Senoko
• Variable Bonus

Job Scope:

• Execute in full spectrum of HR functions and activities which includes recruitment process, compensation & benefits, training & development, disciplinary action, and other administrative matters to ensure smooth operation of the department.
• Attend to quarries and provide accurate information / advice to employees.
• Ensure HR data are well maintained & documented.
• Responsible for payroll administration.
• Ensure compliance of statutory deductions and payments.
• Prepare HR related report and analysis when required.
• Assist with statutory reporting and surveys (e.g., LMS, MOM Surveys, etc.)
• Support in appraisal and simulations
• Review, recommend, implement, and track recruitment, staff engagement, communication, and recognition programs to support and resolve existing challenges
