HR Assistant (Creative Hiring & People Experience)

About the Role

We're looking for a people-loving, creative HR Assistant to help us build a stronger, happier team. You'll play a big role in attracting great talent through social media, making onboarding a breeze, keeping our HR policies fresh, and helping improve how we work every day.

What You'll Do

Run creative hiring campaigns on social media (LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) to attract the right talent. Engage with potential candidates and showcase our company culture online. Coordinate interviews and onboarding so every new hire feels welcome from day one. Create, update, and organize HR policies and employee records. Find new ways to make our HR processes smoother and more efficient. Support HR projects and assist in employee engagement activities.

What We're Looking For

Diploma/Degree in HR or related field. You love connecting with people and have a creative touch for hiring. Familiar with social media and digital tools for recruitment. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
